Overall, my experience at the Westin Villas was a mix of highs and lows. The views from the oceanfront units were absolutely spectacular, and the spacious accommodations made it feel like a true home away from home for my family. However, the service and amenities left much to be desired, with rude interactions from staff and several inconveniences that just didn't fit the Westin brand.

The villa we stayed in was spacious and clean, boasting an extremely large deck that overlooked the pool, allowing our family ample room to gather. It was indeed well stocked with the essentials and made for a comfortable stay.

Service was generally disappointing. The front desk staff had attitudes that felt off-putting, and there were many reminders of their limitations without a sense of care for the guests. I struggled to get assistance when I needed it.

The resort is situated next to a beautiful beach, but be mindful that it's rocky rather than sandy. If you desire the sandy beach experience, you'll need to make a trip to nearby Makena or Wailea.
